TROUBLESHOOTING

Fix the most common download problems

Work through these checks before trying the link again.

The post link is not working

Confirm that you copied the full post URL rather than a profile, search or shortened page link. Reopen the post, choose Share, copy the link again and paste it without extra text.

No media was found

The post may be private, deleted, restricted, text-only or temporarily unavailable. TwitterSaver works only when supported media is publicly accessible.

The format or quality I want is missing

Available formats and resolutions come from the source post. A downloader cannot create detail, audio or file types that are not present in the source media.

The browser did not start the download

Check the browser download panel and its permission settings, make sure storage is available, then select the download option once more.

Help and download FAQs

Which Twitter links work with TwitterSaver?

Use the complete URL of a supported public X / Twitter post containing media. Profile pages, search pages, private posts, deleted posts and restricted content are not supported.

Why can TwitterSaver not find media in a post?

The post may be private, deleted, restricted, text-only or temporarily unavailable. Confirm that the media plays publicly in your browser and try the full post link again.

Why do format and quality options differ between posts?

Each post supplies different source media. Available resolution, audio and file options depend on that source and cannot be increased by the downloader.

Where are downloaded files saved?

Your browser normally saves files in its default Downloads folder unless you select another location or have changed the browser setting.

Do I need to sign in to my Twitter account?

No. TwitterSaver is intended for supported public post links and should never ask for your X / Twitter password.

Can TwitterSaver download private or restricted posts?

No. Private, deleted or restricted content is not publicly accessible and should not be bypassed.

Still having trouble?

Recheck that the post is public, copy the complete link again and use the tool that matches the media type.
